Bridge Decks
The deck panels come in lengths up to 50 feet and widths varying from 30”-60”. These panels can be cast with a longitudinal conduit to accommodate utilities, thereby eliminating the need for unsightly exposed hangers or conduit.
Abutments
The Abutment block is the most ubiquitous component of the system, comprising the majority of the wing walls (if required) and abutments/sidewalls. This block is staggered and staged to create the robust interlocking wall.
Guard Rail Systems
Integral Rail Systems, both for Traffic and Pedestrians are available. Featuring Crash Level 1 or 2 railings for traffic Guard rails and complete custom solutions for Pedestrian Sidewalks along Bridges.

Project Description: Replaced a washed out culvert with a modular, low-profile concrete bridge system.

Project Features:
Bridge is 21’ long with a 16’ clear span and 40’ width.

Special Features:
Our product was chosen for it’s low pro¬file design and the (ABC) Accelerated Bridge Construction technology. There were two utility conduits cast into the curb panel to accept existing utilities. Guardrail inserts were cast into the curb panels to accept guardrail posts. The complete bridge system was installed in just a few days and the road was re¬opened after a flood had wreaked havoc on the existing culvert.
